The residents of Chintels Paradiso in Sector 109 are once again compelled to be concerned about the structural stability of their apartments. This comes after a portion of a bathroom ceiling was found to have fallen in one of the flats of Tower E of the society on Saturday.
The incident surfaced when the agency undertaking the structural audit entered the unoccupied flat and found chunks of concrete on the bathroom floor and protruding iron rods.
A spokesperson for the developer said support has been given for Tower F, but they need permission from the authorities for repairs.
